The Dominican representative stated his approval of the Administration’s
efforts to create a permanent security force in the Territory, considering that these efforts con-
stitute a considerable contribution towards the establishment of consolidated and efficient
public authorities, and the Salvadoran representative, congratulated the
Administration for the “measures that have been adopted to prevent the recur-
rence of violence in the various regions of the Territory, recommending that
the administration should continue studying and implementing as many as pos-

sible measures aimed at this end” .
