Programme
Before the opening of the conference, during a brief ceremony, the Artist
Angelo Savarese, donated to the Arma dei Carabinieri, this artistic work enti-
tled “Article 9”.
The painting, created with a mixed media technique on canvas with acrylic
and oil, representing the colors of the Italian flag in three concentric squares
and shows the transcript of the first nine articles of our Constitution and ends
with the article 9 which reads: “the Republic promotes the development of cul-
ture and of scientific and technical research. It safeguards natural landscape
and the historical and artistic heritage of the Nation”.
The painting is placed in the main hall of the Carabinieri Officers School.
