efforts, in order to mutually express their best in all the fields of shared interest. In
particular, the efficiency and effectiveness of this consolidate cooperation are in fact
periodically verified through the bilateral signature of Action Points, aiming to boost and

improve, when necessary, the original agreements: a further written commitment
certifying that the development of doctrine and training at COESPU aligns with UN best
