ince World War II, the Band has made many overseas trip when it made one of the longest tours in

s them. In the late 1940s, the Band had crossed the York. The trips allowed Rio de Janeiro, the Expo in
national boundaries again, but in 1956, it took its first Osaka, Japan, Toronto, Montreal (Canada), New York,
Philadelphia, Washington (USA)
and many other cities to discov-
er and appreciate the profound
bond that exists in Italy between
music and the Carabinieri.
In 1976, the band participated in
one of the most important mil-
itary Tattoos on the esplanade
of Edinburgh Castle in the Scot-
tish capital.
In 2016, the Band travelled again
to the United States, Canada and
Russia, where it participated in
Spasskaya Tower Tattoo in Mos-
cow, with many concerts, fol-
lowing the success of 2012.
