Mr. Denis Tikhomirov, Program Officer at the UN-
POL Division, paid a courtesy visit to the CoESPU
Director. Mr. Tikhomirov is carrying out activities
and studies related to the United Nations Police
Training Architecture Program’s curriculum deve-
lopment, dealing, among other topics, with Public
Order Management and Protection of Civilians.
