Director of NATO School in
Oberammergau (D) visited the CoESPU

 A delegation composted by
Col. USA Army Mark D. Baines, Director of NATO School in
Oberammergau (D) and the Italian army, Col. Francesco Lo Mancino,
visited the CoESPU.
In concomitance the Center has been visited by the USA Ambassador
J. Anthony Holmes, AFRICOM Deputy Commander, that has expressed his
satisfaction and his appreciation for the activities performed in
the SPU context.  The diplomatic participated
in the same day to a geopolitics seminary organized by the SETAF on
"Central Africa Great Lakes Region".
The delegates have been received by General Umberto Rocca that
underlined the latest CoESPU's achievements. The NATO School
Director replied asking to develop an enhanced and much more
intensive collaboration between the Institutes.
The Oberammergau NATO School is actually also engaged in training
activities, addressing formative courses in specific peacekeeping
subjects like civilian-military and "NON NATO forces
operation". |
