Pelvi, ordinary military Bishop, has visited CoESPU

His Excellency, Monsigneur Vincenzo Pelvi, has visited the Center
of Excellence for Stability Police Units in Vicenza. The high
Prelate, after military honours have been rendered, has attended a
briefing on the activities of the Centre held by the CoESPU
Director, Brigadier General Umberto Rocca.
After the briefing the Bishop has met the personnel of the CoESPU,
the Italian Contingent of the Eurogendfor and a representative of
the Carabinieri working in Vicenza territorial organization and
some Italian representatives from US AFRICOM Headquarters, later he
has held a conference with the following title "centrality of human
being in the military aspect".
His Excellency has expressed words of esteem for the activities
performed by the CoESPU in favour of those countries where an
intervention aimed at restoring normality is
needed.
