Brigadier General Umberto Rocca is
the new CoESPU's Director

2nd February, Vicenza, Brigadier General Umberto Rocca is the new
CoESPU's Director. He has replaced the Lieutenant General Emilio
Borghini. General Rocca was born in Bari, 55 years old, since 1992
he has been deployed in the UN Civpol mission in Cambodia, during
the year 2003 he has been also Deputy Commander of the Police
Mission in Hebron; former commander, in Italy, of the Carabinieri
Provincial Territorial Headquarters in Pisa and Bolzano, since
August 2008 he has been EUPOL Deputy Commander in Kabul,
Afghanistan. |
